The right to vote

I believe it is unfair that women aren't allowed to vote because what if there was a party that wanted women to vote and if they won that would be the new law, and since it was just men voting, they would have voted for another party because they would have thought women would vote for the wrong parties.

  1. Kia ora Wil,

I like that you have backed up your argument with some reasons! Yes, I agree that it doesn't seem fair at all. I'm also glad women in Saudi Arabia now have the right to vote! I think men and women both have equally important things to say, so both men and women should have the right to speak and be listened to. This includes who they think should be running the country!

Imagine you were the Prime Minister of New Zealand. What kinds of laws would you put in place? I know I would definitely ban free plastic bags in all shops!

    Keep up the great blogging!

    Noho ora mai,

    Emiely :)
