Wow you really don't want to be in a Waka Ama race. Imagine how fit you would have to be. The strength you would have to have in your arms would be huge. You would also have to have very good balance and work well as a team. I think the boat with the best team work would win! What do you think?
It would be great to give it a go and just try it once though. There would be a lot of skill in it.
I think they have Waka Ama racing on Lake Brunner. You might be able to see it there one day. Although you might be the person in the jet boat racing past them !!
